Bee Wow/We Grow is a game designed to develop skills internally at a large global organisation. The game was deployed to 80,000 employees and was so successful that further versions were commissioned for other areas of the business.
Players answer multiple-choice questions – correct answers reward and evolve plants, incorrect answers cause weeds to grow. The more plants a player grows, the more bee visitors they can attract to their space biodome.
The game had two art styles players could choose between at the start of the game.
